Are they worse when you go to work than staying at home? One example would be locked up in a tiny room with a blueprint machine spewing out ammonia or a copying machine spewing out ozone. May just have to crack open a window to survive, that is, if there is a window. Frankly, I have to limit my visits to my local hospital as after an hour or so the strong antiseptic odor gets to me. Many public buildings are limiting the air exchange rate to a mere 100 cfh per employee to save on HVAC costs, O2 depravation can also trigger a CH. You may have to bring in your own supply of O2.
