I live in SC and i have a FMLA (family medical leave act) filed at work...got the form from Personnel at work, had my Doc fill it out..this keeps them from firing me if I have to be out of work intermittently with my clusters...It classifies them as a disability..they can not even put anything in my records about my absentees...and believe me they have tried but they had to take it out ...It has saved my butt plenty of times.Gotta renew it every year...think I need to renew mine ..smiles,nancyc
