on the OUCH sit a doctor can fill out and send to your employer. You are entitled under law to reasonable accomodations for illness or injury. If you need to request and negotiate the accomodations, its best to have documentation on file from your doctors. My accomodations are the late for work type. I have understanding employers, I'm lucky. If your not lucky then stand your ground armed with documentation. Check local and federal laws regarding reasonable accomodation.
