when nothing else did...my neuro started me off on a high dose of Topamax...it is not usually done this way and some neuros will not be this aggressive...I was started on 200mg the first nite..I was also pf the first nite...been pf ever since...if you would like to email me, I will be glad to talk to you about it...smiles,nancyc
