i was just wondering how many of you keep a headache journal. i kept one for about a month, and i just couldn't handle looking at it any more. it's such a hassel keeping track of everyone. not to mention the overly loving roomate and boyfriend who constantly asked me if i was okay everytime i whipped the journal out. the old enteries remind me of pain i want to forget about, and even the blank pages are errie because i know in a matter of days they are gonna be full too. how do you all manage to keep one if you still keep one.
