I´m from Germany and as we don´t have any good websites concerning CH I found this page and maybe someone here can help me. I have had the worst headaches in my life the last three weeks every night between 1 and 3 am for about 20 to 60 minutes and sometimes as well in the evening (it´s just starting up right now :-( ). My eyes are just red and I´m not able to open my left eye as well, and my nose is very sniffy (but only on the left side). It just takes 5 Minutes to start and it takes only 5 minutes when it stops. In the night I beg on my kness and pray to the lord that he takes it away...I´m not even able to cry because it hurts so much. And I think I can´t stand it any more because I´m afraid to go to bed at night. My Doctor does his best, but until now he is not able solve my problem. Are there any techniques that help you during an attack except of medicine??
