I started with 2 yr remission cycles, then went to annual attacks, one 6 month remission, at least one 18 month then back to two year cycles.
I stayed in remission from 96 to 99 (3 yrs) and Feb will be another 3 years, if the Demon continues to ignore me.
Related side note - I've had shadows on a very consistent basis for approx. one year now. When they started last Nov, I assumed my cycle was back to 2 years, but I've yet to be hit.
