I only get 1-2 mild ones per day (which 02 takes care of handily) now and I seem to be adjusting to it because I don't feel as spaced out as I did - yeah, my hands shake sometimes, but a small price to pay.... I'm also thinking of pushing my verapamil up to 360 mgs., and then 480 if the 360 doesn't work to see if it takes care of them again. I'd like to get off lithium despite it being most effective now. I find it hard to believe that verapamil stopped working after almost 10 years and I also find it hard to believe that the 480 caused that "rebound" headache that landed me in the ER...
