At the OUCH web site we have 2 new entries under "Cluster Resources". One is a letter to employers who have employees with CH, hopefully this letter will help your employer understand a bit more about just what it is you're dealing with.
The other is an Emergency Room form. This is best if filled out by your doctor (But not required). With this form, you or your supporter can have all the necessary information on hand to get you quickly through the ER. Ever tried filling out forms while under attack? No need now with this form, all the information you would need to check in is on this form and can be filled out by the attending nurse. It also has an area to explain you are not a "drug seeker", but have CH and lists the best possible treatments the ER could give you.
Both forms can be printed out for your use. We suggest you keep a copy of the ER form with you at all times.
