If your meds aren't working and you want to feel like you are doing something to feel better, here's a few suggestions: Ice pack on the neck or on affected side, tiger balm on the back of the neck where you are swollen, I rub my head non-stop from front to back, and I do funny little exercises that are too complicated to get into! LOL That's about all I can think of..I'm a pacer..I'll walk all around the house non-stop until the pain goes away. It takes exactly one minute to go from the kitchen, to the living room, to the guest room and back to the kitchen. The bedroom is off limits because I don't want to wake up my hon!
Best of luck to you
