sorry to ignore you but this has been posted numerous times in the year i have been here and it does not work for me per say...the only trigger for me is alcohol...and that is when i am being hit with chs...as far as any foods causing or triggering my chs...it is not the case...Sorry but Thanks...smiles,nancyc
