tension headches. It's just tylenol with butalbital (a sedative). Just not in the strenght catagory needed to treat CH.

Fiorinal is the very first drug the Dr's gave me for my headaches some 31 years ago. When it did absolutely nothing, I knew I was in for a long run. I do use it for tension headaches although they're have trouble getting the ingrediants to manufacture the stuff and it's getting hard to come by.

I think the AHS conference in Tempe, AZ a couple weeks ago had a session on whether the stuff should even be prescribed anymore.
