the suit is not against the doctors because they only went with what Bristol Myers told them. See the Nightline report in 97 and the Glamour mag. article in 99 for additional info. Yes, I too have my responsibility and do attend AA regularly however BM has their responsibility to the public and FDA. They got it approved for one use and then marketed as another.
