Please let me know how much Topamax you take per day, my daughter is on this along with oxycoden for the breakthrough headaches. She is up to 400 mg per day of the Topamax but is still getting 1 to 2 headaches a day but they are staying around a 4 on the pain scale. She turned cronic Sept. 2000. We do have a good nero. now, and these drugs have been the first to give her any releif. Do you have any side effects?
