Having been to both OUCH conventions, I notice that probably 90 -95% of the attendees are heavy smokers and drinkers. Many enjoy the gmabling in Vegas also. It's my theory (formulated at the first OUCH convention in Las Vegas) that the same brain deformity that causes our CH also causes us to have compulsive/addictive personalities.
So, like you say Todd, it's not the smoking and drinking that causes CH but rather, it's the thing that causes CH that also causes us to smoke/drink.
