Why is it that these doctors make a big deal to give you pain killers?? I am obviously not a druggie. I am a working mother of two children. I find that only a combination of imitrex with codeine/percacets work for me. Of course they can be very addictive if abused. It makes the pain feel not so bad after I've taken them and let the stream of a hot shower pour on my head. I haven't tried the water thing yet, but I plan to. I'll let you know how that works for me. It's just that I hate drinking water so I can't see myself drinking 2 liters a day.
