At the beginning of this cluster the doc gave me some of all of the triptans. Tried Imitrex (pills, nasal spray & injection), Maxalt (pills and melt in your mouth), Amerge, Zomig. All of them worked well on my CH. The Maxalt gave me a little chest discomfort. Amerge works well as a preventative (take one before bed and no night time headache).
The stuff I mentioned above has a 25 hour half-life. Seems like you could take one a day and not get any headaches. This is the first I've heard of this stuff.
