You said a few things in your post that aren't typical of clusters, such as the floor and walls moving, the pressure in your head, the pain in your arm and the tightening of your muscles. Fifteen years between cycles would be pretty unusual also. (BTW, I was first diagnosed accurately 19 years ago - some docs knew CH then just as some still don't know of it)
Soma is basically a muscle relaxant - - if it worked for your first cycle, that one at least likely wasn't clusters. If you do suffer from CH, it's not surprising that soma isn't helping this time around.
Do some research, communicate from a knowledgeable base with your docs and hopefully you'll find some help. Here's a link about soma to get you started.
