go up to the address bar in your browser. The url should be http://www.headachesupportgroups.com/images/jd1.jpg
Click in the address, delete the 1 in jd1 and replace it with a 2. Then do the same replacing the 2 with a 3 and 4 respectively and you'll see each one, one at a time.
