.. print out two copies of everything you can find. Mail one lot to the neuro before your appointment to give him/her time to look through it all and take the other lot with you. Scribble notes all over it to remind yourself of all the questions you want answered because otherwise as soon as you get in to see the neuro you'll forget everything. Also, if possible have a partner or family member go in to see the neuro with you as you'll probably forget half of what the neuro tells you - hopefully the person you take with you will remember some of the stuff that you forget. A visit to the neuro is a rare and precious thing - make the most of it and be as well prepared as you can!
Best of luck to you,
