If you can't get a new doc soon, print the medical info from this site and especially the O2 stuff and take it into him. I've often printed info from here and taken it in (I really like taking the survey in) and the doc starts writing scripts.
Also, you are still strong!!! I'm a very stoic person too, but man, these headaches will easily send me to my knees and rock and roll. Hang in there rookie!! :)
