You'll find too many of them here. Of course, women tend to ask for help. Tylenol is useless. If it "works," bear in mind it takes about 20 minutes for it to get into the system. Is that about the length of your headaches? This kind of thing happens all the time. For the most part pain-killers are useless with clusters.
