if you have been diagnosed as having cluster headaches, please save your tylenol for something else. Won't put a dent in a cluster. I don't know or care what the ratio is regarding men to women. What the hell difference does it make when you're hurting? Do not let any Doctor tell you that it's probably not clusters just because you're a WOMAN. Have you tried oxygen? Imitrex is a very safe and VERY effective drug that is used to abort this pain, and I would give it a try, unless as others have said, you have heart problems.
