If this quack is so sure he knows more than your previous 4 neuros, get him to refer you for an ENT consult. Any ENT (Ears, nose, throat) can tell very quickly and painlessly what your sinuses look like by examining them with a short, thin scope slid into each nostril. And, any ENT worth his oath won't do sinal surgery unless absolutely necessary.
