I'm in philly(not far at all) and I see Dr. Detre at Univ of Penn. Neurology. He seems to be understanding and willing to try differernt things. His phone# is 215-349-8465. You may have a hard time trying to get an appointment. Tell them you have CH and you're going to kill yourself. That comment got me in the next day. Good luck
