I suffer now 15y of CH and I am close to do exactly this surgery to my nose. If the MRI shows you a unequal position of the septum in your nose, it can be the trigger for the CH.
There are studies about this and they did surgery in BASEL university clinic. If I remember it correctly it sounds like nasopharingial surgery, but I am not sure about.
Like the most of the CH sufferers I hope every year that this was the last season of pain. So I do this year. Last November it startet the 20th. If I do get it this year again, I try it. It can not bring more pain to me than I already have during the sessions.
