yes, absolutely - lots of folks have hit peak frustration limits with their docs and the ensuing misunderstanding about cluster headaches. That's a big reason why O.U.C.H. was initially formed.
You can go to the OUCH website (buttons on the left) and check out the doctors' page. It lists "cluster-friendly" doctors by state/province and various areas of the world. Hopefully, you can connect with one of them.
Another good thing to do is print out as much info as you can from the website, check out all the buttons to the left and take what you need with you to a new doctor.
There IS hope out there - don't give up.
