I am a newbie, what kind of shrooms do the trick? I too have discovered that meds seam to chase my headaches and get them out of a specific schedule (16 months). Also, when they do occur at a later date, they are worse than ever. I use the oxygen. I am fortunate in that most of mine occur at night.
