George has been doing okay. I really hate to say that. Seriously, for the most part, I've always enjoyed being around the military. I do think we shouldn't have entirely gotten rid of the draft. I know why it was done but I like the idea of having a few people in the service who have other future plans.
Still, The US tends to get this kind of thing right. There have been exceptions, but other than Nixon, (whom I voted for by the way....shows you my political acumen) when these guys get in the White House, they seem to realize what a decent place this is and treat the country well. After all they have to live here too.
