i've tried everything i think. kept putting off the imitrex injections, tried pills and inhaler. nothing worked. got O2 and it was great. but i needed something for work and wasn't going to bring O2 to work. so after 1.5years of suffering (i'm 23) i asked the neuro for the injections. it's been great. the first time the side effects hit me hard, but now that i know what to expect i'm fine. i'm just dizzy and light headed for about 20 mins. but man it works in like 5-10 mins. the O2 worked in like 25 mins. so you choose. i can't wait that long . with the imitrex it's like i can just go on with my day. i'm using 400mg verapamil so i only get about 4 breakthroughs a week. i get a few more really weak ones sometimes at night and i use the O2 for that when i'm home so i don't waste the imitrex. but my bad ones come at work around 10am so i'm all about imitrex. do it man! life saver
