I started at 2 x 80mg than was upped to 3x 80mg. It take a few weeks to kick in. I am still getting Ch's, but not as frequently. I was having attacks 4 times a day for 4 months before I weasled my way into the neuro's office. I'm thinking that maybe he should up my dose again...but well it's been me and my shadow for a little while now. I got scared yesterday but fortunately it was just a stronger shadow than I've been having lately. Good luck and I hope you find peace soon.
