Hi Don,concerning muscle relaxants (MRs), when in cycle:here I can't either agree or disagree because I never get muscle spasms/pains when in CH cycle and so I never tried MRs myself. May be that MRs can be helpful for some CHeads as a accompanying medication, but certainly n e v e r as a main CH drug.ATB ! Thomas
