thanks for the new lead - I shall definately get him to a neuro asap. I was sure that he had CH's, back to the drawing board I guess. I'll keep you posted as to the diagnosis.By the way - love the boat. I hope you can make it to Australia one day, definately worth a visit (although I may be a bit biased). Claire
