Maybe someone else can help you out. Perk was never too much into rating them for me. He was too busy looking for the imitrex to give me data for my log. He does refer to shadows as a precursor to a cycle.Not really headaches, but here they come.The soreness that he referred to was (I imagine) a result of the stress that his head went through during a headache.
