I've made it through 2 episodes 1988 and I think I'm on the downside of this 4 month one. I've used the raise the bed 8 inches and it worked both times . I discovered it while sleeping on a trapoline, thinking Iwas allergic to somthing in the house. Best wishes from Okla. Weldon
