Scott, have you checked out our headache clinic at the Foothills here in Calgary? Dr. Becker there is world reknown for his work with clusters and maybe you can get your GP or your neuro to refer you? The waiting list is traditionally long, but hopefully if they hear of a desparate clusterhead, they will fit you in.I know when DJ (the webmaster here) was having problems with his MoyaMoya, I emailed them to ask them about it and I got answers from 4 or 5 of the neuros there the same day.Might be worth a try.
