if you cut back to 120 per day, the headaches shouldn't come crashing back. that's what i'm doing currently. actually i'm taking 240 every other day. i'm getting a couple of shadows, but nothing stronger. i'll probably go to one every 3 days in a couple of weeks then stop. good luck.
