You can get non-rebreather masks at most decent home-health care supply stores. They are somthing like $3-5 and you don't need a prescription to buy a mask....You might find the 8Lpm to be sufficient. I'm thinking since you're 13, that if you haven't grown to full adult size, your lungs would also smaller.
