Keep looking until you find a doctor that truly undersatnds what you have. I'm lucky. In my city there is a Migraine/CH clinic. All the doctors on staff specialize in this field alone. If I'm having problems, they'll bring me in on the same day. No appointment necessary. Before that I went to a neurologist who had good intentions but limited experience with CH patients. As for oxygen, you should be able to get a large tank and/or a small tank as well.
