I am a 37 yr old female and have had c/h for 20 yrs. I too feel I know much more than the doctors. I could prescribe myself if it weren't for the fact what works one cycle doesn't the next (and vice/versa). I am in a cycle now but the last two have been 2 yrs apart and am thankful for that. I too do not like talking about them because people DO NOT understand. I do not have headaches, I have debilitating Head PAIN.
