Wendy, I'm confused by your post. You say that heat is a major trigger and thus you're glad that your cycles have switched back to fall. I presume you are referring to lower temps in the fall, but if heat is such a trigger, why would you get them in the cooler temps? This isn't a flame, but an honest request for you to expound upon your logic. Thanks, T
