Foods are recognized migraine triggers - chocolate, wine, MSG, etc. No foods are recognized CH triggers. Elevated temperature - if I leave a nice cool place and get into a car that's been closed up and sitting in the sun, it doesn't take long for a headache to set in. Exercise - I think they're speaking of regular, prolonged exercise when you're not haveing a headche may start one. Rigorous exercise at the onset of a headache does abort the headche in some people, including me. I can crank out a set of squats, fast and hard, at the start of a headache and it will be gone in 10 minutes. Hope this answers your questions.
