about CH's, can't blame them, too many years of this crap so it's never discussed. Just leave quietly and say I am going to my room or outside. This is the dread of all long term illiness, with CH's, it's not life threatening, but does put a damper on plans and some tend to blame you rather than the affliction as the cause.Feel free to open up and blast away at your problems, you can also discuss your treatments freely here.
