I've been on verapimil for 5-6 years now. My bp has lingered at around 46-50 during that time. My pulse has always been low. I boxed for 4 years, and no I didn't start geeting my CH after boxing.Never had problems. Of course, every time a doc takes my pulse he asks if I do a lot of exercise. People always said that boxing couldn't be good for your headaches to which I replied I felt great during those years. very few attacks. I had to stop because I messed up my hand. Otherwise, I would have continued. Besides, the pain of getting punched in the face is nothing next to a CH. Seriously.
