and get my but to the cold shower, fast! but these days I would have to argee with Frank--Nightmare! I've had 5 breakthrough headaches in the past 4 months and 3 of the were spurrned on out that same old dream! When your severe Chronic like I have been for so long, it takes a long time to become aware, even sleeping, that I was actually having an attack and had better run to the shower before I threw up all over the bedroom! I'll take the nightmares over the real thing anytime!----Pappy
