O2 is recognised by (knowledgeable) doctors as an effective abortive for cluster attacks. The recommended dose is 10-12 litres per minute using a non-rebreather mask, as needed.Airlines shouldn't have a problem with O2 as long as you have a prescription for it... they may want you to use theirs though (not your own).
