Hi Nancy this is from a sight I found. "Among the reported side effects of topiramate are sedation, psychomotor slowing, agitation, anxiety, concentration problems, forgetfulness, confusion, depression, and depersonalization. As with other anticonvulsants, psychosis has rarely been reported as a side-effect".I had to stop tahing it because of the side effects,lets just say there were too many and I was only on 45mlg.check out the link lots of info there.good luck and I Wish you peace,Bill
