HI! I just babbled up a storm on the guest book, but here's my story again. I have had CH since I was about 15 (17 years ago). The first 13 went undiagnosed. The last 2 years I was pain free and thought I had won. Oh what a silly boy!
I am now 2 weeks into the worst cycle I have ever had. I have redefined my 10 three times in the last week. The ghosts (I believe you refer to them as shadows here) are almost constant.
My wife found this site while I was off dealing with the pain. What a great place. I won't have to explain why this is different from a migraine, and you won't think that it can't hurt that much if I can still walk and leave the lights on.
So here I am, with my completely unscientific bag of tricks for dealing with pain that won't go away and just has to be endured. Pleased to meet you all.
