Whenever I get a cold, the first and most prevalent symptom I get is a nasty coldsore under my left nostril, but not on my lip. I don't recall ever having a traditonal cold sore, nor can I think of any time I have had a CH and a coldsore at the same time.
The funny thing is, for 17 years my CH is always on the right side.
