I, too, believe it is, in part, the over-abundance of testosterone. My history of cluster cycles will certainly prove a strong story for this theory .....and we all know that the hypothalamus regulates this hormone.
Now, would it not be a tragic shame to neuter such a fine speciman of a man? Maybe a couple of sailors' knots before and aft for a while would suffice? Or maybe a hypothalectomy, with a transplant later?
